PigTek Europe Controller
Location Schüttorf, Germany 


Responsibilities
Your focus is on improving the areas of finance, human resources, information technology, and administrative functions. You are responsible for developing and implementing the Annual and Three Year Plans for European Operations.
You effectively implement the European financial plan which requires working with General Managers and Financial Managers from other locations under the direction of the VP & General Manager, the PigTek Europe management and the PigTek BU controller.
You effectively plan and lead human resources and information technology functions. Ensure each location is in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Plan the need of hardware and software. Needs to effectively manage the operation and lower costs.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Finance and Accounting.
- 5 years of experience is related fields.
- You are experienced in cost accounting, control and management and providing financial oversight to large and export projects.
- You are known with German and US GAAP administration requirements
- You can lead credit, external financing and cash management functions.
- You are familiar with timely monthly and year-end reporting.
- You are a structured thinker in gathering and analyzing the financial information driving the business’ results. Makes the right choices after analyzing all information.
- You have experience in preparing and presenting accurate and reliable monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- You have basic knowledge of human resource activities.
- You have a good knowledge of IT activities.
- You speak the following languages: English and German.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
