This ESF can select animals by colour or with a door to separate a few animals out of a group. Every selection-job is easy to put in by the computer. The selection-jobs can be a routine every week.
A heat detector can work together with the feeding system. So sows can be found out of the group, when they`re in heat. A colour spot on their back will help you to see them in the group.

Feed curve
Sows are ideally feed according the feed curve.
By the special feeding of the sow in the waiting area the best constitution of the sow to go into the farrowing area can be accomplished.

Stainless steel trough

The ideally formed stainless steel trough provides an easy access for the animals. All edges of the trough can be easily reached by the sows. Feed losses are reduced and the trough is always clean.

Drinking bar

The Mannebeck drinking bar is hanging up open which is space saving. An ideal attack angle reduces water losses. Furthermore the drinking bar is a good possibility to occupy the animals.

Computer controlled entrance door

pneumatic locking – adjustable in closing speed and –power. The door does not roll in the tummy of the gestating sow. A return barrier and fast closing of the door anticipate pushing animals from getting in the station as well.
