Multi- phase feeding with weighing- merging device

METRA MIX allows a multi- phase feeding, because it has a weighing- merging device. The weighing- merging device is filled by augers with various feed components. After a short merging process the feed is put on the chain and the next portion will be prepared. Thus a high feed throughput per hour is reached.
The calculation of the feed amount per valve result from age and weight of the pigs by a feed curve and can optional be sensor controlled. 
The METRA MIX system allows to blend a given feed compound for every feeder. At the same time METRA MIX provides various evaluations which can be accomplished by the MULTI MIX- Controller.

METRA SPIN
One aircontroller controls eight pneumatic valves. The aircontroller is activated by databus or by matrix. Using a matrix converter, control signals from an external computer can put the aircontroller into action.
