More hygiene by using poreless plastic!

The slats are made of polypropylene plastic. They are poreless and the rough edges are rounded off. That is why Pig Floor is remarkable animal friendly. The constant load of the type A and C slats for farrowing pens  is 250 kg/m² and the constant load of the type F and FC slats for weaner pens is 125 kg/m².
The flooring panel sections are interlockable and will ensure a safe and rigid surface which avoids the possibility of abrasion or damage to the animals. The textured surface prevents slipping of the sows and piglets. The heat conduction of the polypropylene plastic is minimal and the pigs feel comfortable.
Pig Floor A and F have been tested and approved by DLG (German Agricultural Society).
