| RONDOMAT- Dry Sensor Feeder
The Rondomat Solitaire is a new stand alone automatic sensor feeder. The Installation is very easy. It only needs to be connected with 110/220 Voltage and water. The Rondomat is simple to adjust with 16 steps for water and 16 steps for feed dosing. FUNCTION A dispensor doses the feed regularly into the whole round trough. The amount of water measured out is adjusted to the amount of feed and feeding time. Computer can adjust the feed consistenc. The Rondomat is the first sensor controlled dry feeding system for piglets and fattenings pigs. The feed is offered to the animals in a defined consistence and in small portions and short periods. Ten sensors points assure that the trough is totally empty before fresh feed is delivered Every time all sensor points report "no contact" a small amount of feed is released. The sensors are checked in a one second period. This leads to optimal feed hygiene and high feed intake. Diarrhoea is prevented by high feed consumption right from the beginning. Due to the low filling level there are nearly no feed losses, which results in good feed conversion. ALL ADVANTAGES Best utilisation of the feed: thanks to the feeding technique which is adjusted to the piglets to stay healthy. The amount of feed measured out is adjusted to the piglets needs. All the piglets feed at the same time, which prevents faster eating piglets from over-eating and pushing other away. Feed losses are minimised, as the trough must be completely empty before fresh feed is metered uot.
